Jelena helps people change careers. Her site had to feel calm and personal, and she had to be able to run it without me.

What I built

  • A bilingual site, Montenegrin by default and English under /en, with proper hreflang, canonicals, sitemap and structured data.
  • Payload CMS so Jelena edits every text, photo, blog post (“Karijerne bilješke”) and free resource herself. Saving purges exactly the pages that changed.
  • Self-hosted Umami analytics — cookieless, with a private dashboard inside the admin and events on booking clicks.
  • A contact form over SMTP, responsive WebP images, and the whole thing in Docker behind nginx on a server I run.
